Hi, my name is Hailey! I enjoy traveling with my partner, cooking, and creating art. Although I didn't come from a dental background, I've loved learning something new and becoming part of the dental world.

Meet Baylor! He spends his days hanging out with the staff, supervising important office activities, accepting compliments, and making sure nobody works too hard. He's currently in training and working towards earning his future position as a patient-friendly office pup!

Hi! My name is Alyssa, and I am a dog mom to two cute pups. During my free time I really enjoy spending time with my family, and baking.

Hi, my name is Emily! I love crafts, crocheting, making jewelry, and I love singing and dancing to my favorite songs. I have three cats that I love to cuddle with. I love the cold so my favorite seasons are spring and winter.

Hi, my name is Jada. I'm a dog mom to two perfect basset hounds, who are my world. Outside of work, I like spending time with my siblings and being in the countryside.

Hi, my name is Lexi. I did not go to school for dental, but I’ve done almost every position in the front at Farmington Family Dental, and I am now a front office manager and lead treatment coordinator. My favorite part about the job is pestering Abby.

Hello, I'm Steven Perry, Dr. Steven Perry. I’m the owner of the practice. I graduated from dental school in 2017, from a school in Cleveland, Ohio and worked a couple of places before moving down to Missouri. We bought The Practice in 2020 and have been loving it. My family moved out with me.
